The Future — an invitation to an infinite game
Configuration Economics
A physics-grounded account of economic value: what enables future possibility, not what gets consumed. An open game in James Carse’s sense — the point is not to win or finish it but to keep it going and bring others in, continuing the work begun by people like Buckminster Fuller. The work I’d like to spend the rest of my life on. Come and think about it with me.

Distinction Physics
A treatise taking distinction as the primitive from which physics, mind and meaning are reconstructed. The serious thinking that earns the rest a hearing — offered without aggrandisement: some novelty, a lot of reframing, most of it (I hope) helpful. The honesty is the credibility.

Reason-Ability in practice — live now, and on their way to their own apps.
The family — one wheel, many programmes
The Programmes
The applied Reason-Ability work: a growing family of interactive 13×4 wheels — Reasonable Eating, Reasonable Teaching, Reasonable Success, Reasonable Leadership — each one focus a week, all driven by one engine. A new programme is a data file, not a rebuild, so each can graduate in time into its own installable app.
